Faking a Macro

I was experimenting in Painter again and made this "macro" closeup with some bugs, after finding out that there were additional nozzle tools I had not seen before. I used the soften and depth of field filters under focus to create the effect. Because of the crude nature of the older program, it looks better at a small size, like below.
